Directions

  1. Using a food processor make a paste of the garlic, ginger and onion.
  2. Add the paste to the rest of the ingredients except chicken and ghee.
  3. Add marinade to chicken pieces.
  4. Marinate overnight.
  5. Heat ghee in deep skillet.
  6. Add marinated chicken.
  7. Cook over low heat until you see the oil and marinade separate and chicken is well cooked (30 min).
  8. serve hot.
  9. Prep time does not include overnight marinating time.
