My wife and I enjoyed this recipe so much, we made it for my family reunion this July 4th and it was a real hit. We generally make half with spinache and half with chicken. I like to cook the chicken with the oregano, parsley, and basil in addition to mixing the spices with the cheese. The spinache turned out great, just add as many leaves to the cheese mix as possible and still retain the cheese consistancy.

Very tasty and fairly quick to put together for a manicotti. I had leftover chicken so I gave it a try. My husband and I enjoyed it very much. I was able to fill more than eight manicotti shells so I increased the cheese some and used an entire 26 oz jar of sauce. Thanks, Pieki2, for a delicious dinner!

I like to cook and scrapbook. I like this website because I get tired of making the same stuff over and over. It is great to try and find new family favorites!
