  1. Combine eggs and milk.
  2. Dips chix breasts in mixture.
  3. Combine breadcrumbs and paremsan cheese.
  4. Dip breasts into mixture to coat.
  5. Let stand 15 minutes.
  6. Melt butter and olive oil over low-med heat in wide-enough skillet.
  7. Put breasts in skillet and cook for 3 mintes each side.
  8. Add marsela wine and cooke breasts 10 minutes each side, covered.
  9. Add more wine if needed.
