  1. Cook frozen vegetables in 1 cup boiling water for 3 minutes.  Set aside retaining liquid.
  2. In a large pot, cook celery and onions in butter until browned.
  3. Mix flour and seasonings and blend into the onion mixture.
  4. Remove from heat and add cream. Mix.
  5. Mix in vegetables, turkey, and chicken broth.
  6. Boil to thicken.
  7. Add mixture to pie crusts, and top with more crust or mashed potatoes, or serve over rice.
