- Wash chicken and dry.
- Mix flour,1t salt,1t paperika and 1/4t pepper in a small bowl.
- Set aside.
- In Large deep skillet add oil.
- Coat chicken in flour add to oil.
- Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Turn the chicken over and cook another ten minutes or until chicken is lightly brown.
- Cover this it will make less mess this way.
- When done remove chicken.
- Add onion and cook until tender.
- Stir in puree,1T paperika,2t salt,1/4t pepper.
- Add chicken and cover tightly.
- Simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Remove chicken and sour cream, heat till warm.
- Add Sauce to top of chicken.
- What I have found with this recipe it is best to some time lift them chicken as it is cooking as it can burn some times on the bottom.
