  1. Preheat oven 350°F.
  2. Dip chicken in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs thoroughly.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan. Add coated chicken pieces.
  4. Brown lightly on both sides.
  5. Pour 1/3 of the sauce into an 8-inch square baking dish.
  6. Layer chicken in the dish.
  7. Pour remaining sauce evenly over chicken.
  8. Spread mozzarella cheese over chicken and sauce layer.
  9. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake for 25 minutes.
  11. Serve with noodles.
