ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken
- 1 (6 ounce) package Uncle Bens wild rice, cooked as directed
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 (3 ounce) jar pimientos, diced
- 1 can mushroom, sliced and drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cans French style green beans, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise (do not substitute)
- 1 cup water chestnut, sliced and drained
- salt and pepper
directions
- Mix all ingredients and a large bowl.
- Pour into a 13x9 baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Just delicious Miss Annie! I made this for dinner tonight, but I did tweek it a bit, here's what I did...I used 2 cans cream of chicken soup in place of the cream of celery, and used 1-1/2 cups converted white rice (I measured 1-1/2 cups before cooking the rice), I added in 1 cup mozza cheese, doubled the mayo, added a 1/4 melted butter, and omitted the water chestnuts, also I used chopped green onions in place of regular onions, I prepared it in the morning and left it in the fridge to bake for dinner tonight. Took it out of the fridge, and baked it for 45 minutes, then sprinkled more shredded mozza the last 15 minutes of baking. This has to be one of the easiest and best casseroles I have made, Thank you so much for sharing hon, we loved it!...Kitten:)
