  1. This recipe was really good tasting and easy to make. Instead of spaghetti I used ziti. It came out very good.

  2. Really good! I used olive oil rather than butter, more chicken (2 breasts and 6 thighs), more white wine (1/2 cup) and more parsley (1/4 cup). I also used garlic and parsley spelt egg noodles. YUM!!!!!!!!

  3. A very good hardy comfort meal and easy to prepare. I added onions, garlic, red peppers. My family loved this.

  4. This is very good! We had left over spaghetti from last night. I changed the order of business a bit and made the sauce first, sauteed the mushrooms with the chicken and added onions, garlic red peppers and frozen peas. I deglazed the saute with a bit more wine than called for then added the sauce. Thank you! this is a keeper.

  5. This dish tastes great but I didn't like the color of the sauce the first time I made it. A little gray. So I make it with 1 cup of broth and 1 cup of 2% milk (and I leave out the wine.) This week my oven was broken, so I just made it on the stovetop and cooked the chicken a little longer. Really good! Thank you.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
