We got really mixed reviews on this one...It was easy to prepare. My Wife Loved it! My daughter thought it was "Pretty good" she's 11. Myself and my son 13 didn't really care for it. It wasn't bad tasting or anything...but not something I would look forward to re heating or making again. My Wife will ask to make it again I'm sure.

This is a great and easy supper dish to prepare. I used an English cucumber because I wasn't sure what a lebanese cucumber is. The English cucumber was much tastier than a usual cucumber. I used my own tzatziki sauce, Recipe#257413, for this recipe. We all loved this delicious recipe and I'll make it again often!

I live in Keilor Downs, Victoria in Australia. I am a receptionist in Melbourne. My favorite cook books are anything Weight Watchers or Simply 2 good 2 be true also any muffin or scone cook books. I love cooking easy stuff but I love a challange ocasionaly on the weekends when i have a bit more time. My pet peeve is how much capsicum/bell peppers are in recipes now as i am elergic to them.
