  • Put oven at 180°C/350°F.
  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  • Put into greased 21cm pan.
  • Cook 50 minutes.
  • Cool completely in tin then dust with icing sugar mixed with cocoa.
  • If you wish serve with berries.

  1. 5 stars from the husband, and he didn't know what he was eating! Tastes a bit like a brownie, hard to get out of the pan, so be careful. I topped with sliced strawberries, I think it needs something, even just for color, next to it. I definite keeper!
