1. We cut up a whole turkey and used this recipe for the tenderloins plus some of the breast - I suggest cooking as sliced so the sauce gets everywhere!!

 2. A wonderfully easy, and quick dinner solution.
I used two large chicken breasts, and let them sit in the spice mixture for about 30 minutes before I baked them off.
Full of flavour with a nice kick to it, this made for a great meal with a crisp salad and baked jackets...DH has requested these in wraps too, so that's got to be good!!
Cheers Mikekey, another winner. Made for Almost Five.

 3. I followed the recipe exactly except here in Hawaii, the grocery store didn't have any limes so I had to buy that reconstituted stuff. It still turned out delicious (I'm sure alot better with the real lime). Tad spicy but we like it that way. Thanks for this one.

 4. Made this tonight for a quick and easy dinner, and served with some spicy brown basmati rice. I did use chicken instead of turkey, and the flavors definitely came through. This (at least for us) had a bit of a bite to it, but we all really loved the flavor combination. Will definitely make this again...I was thinking this mix of seasonings might be good as an 'island-style' bbq sauce base...I might try that too! Thanks mikekey, made for DIABETIC PARTY TAG, December 2009!

 5. This was excellent. I prepped it ahead of time, allowing the tenderloins to "marinate" in the refrigerator for several hours prior to baking. A very easy, but very delicious recipe--thanks for posting!
