ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 1⁄4 cup horseradish (prepared)
- 1⁄2 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons hot sauce
- salt and pepper (as per taste)
directions
- Whisk together all ingredients.
- Refrigerate until needed.

I had grilled up some shrimp and wanted a dipping sauce to go with them. I found this and whipped it up quickly. It was exactly the kind of thing I wanted and my wife loved it. As a bonus to the quick factor for this, if you have all the ingredients in the fridge then it'll be pretty chilled already when you put them together. Probably tastes better with some time but for us it was just fine thrown together and put on the table. -
This was great! We served it tonight with prawns, crayfish, beer battered flathead, and salt & pepper squid. The heat was perfect, and I would give it a 5 star, but the flavour of the Tabasco sauce was a little strong for me. I will use only 1 tspn of it next time, but that is personal preference, not a recipe flaw. i have added it to my Christmas folder and will be taking it to Mum's on Christmas Day. we practically live on seafood through summer, and this sauce will be a regular on our platter! Thanks for sharing! :)
