  1. I used this on your Chinese smoked ribs with my recipe for Quick and tangy Chinese barbecue sauce and it got thumbs up all around. My daughter even had seconds on the ribs and she isn't that big of a barbecue fan. Made for ZWT4 Kumquat's Kookin' Kaboodles. Thanks much- ~Sue
     
  2. DG, this is really good. Have been requested to use it on other things, as well as pork. Used it with the Chinese Smoked Ribs and they turned out great! I would suggest adding 1 tsp each of onion powder and garlic powder to it, though. The basic recipe is good, in and of itself, but we like a little of the aromatics, too. Thanks for adopting this and keeping it posted.
