- 8 ounces ground beef
- 1⁄4 cup crushed potato chips
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream, dip
- 2 tablespoons pickle relish
- 2 hamburger buns, warmed
directions
- Preheat grill.
- In a medium bowl, combine beef, 1/4 cup crushed potato chips, 1/4 cup sour cream dip and relish. Mix very well.
- Shape mixture into 2 patties.
- Grill patties until done as desired.
