  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  2. Grease 9x5" loaf pan. Set aside.
  3. Combine flour, splenda, baking powder, baking soda & salt in a large bowl. Set aside.
  4. Coarsely chop baking chocolate bars.
  5. Mix eggs, bananas, butter(melted), and milk in large bowl until well blended.
  6. Add dry ingredients; stir until just moistened. Stir in chopd chocolate and chopd. walnuts.
  7. Pour into greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Cool 10 minutes.
  10. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
  11. Cut yourself a slice with a tall glass of cold milk.
