ingredients
- 2 cups milk, divided
- 1⁄4 cup powdered cocoa mix
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
directions
- Heat 1/2 cup of milk until hot and combine it with the cocoa mix.
- Put in the blender until smooth.
- Add to the blender the other 1 1/2 cups milk,vanilla, peppermint, and ice cream blend until it is as much of a smoothie as you like!

I live in the beautiful state of South Carolina and have lived here all of my life.I am a police officer and I work in a mid-sized city which comes along with big city stress, so to relieve this stress I took up gardening.
