  1. Great smoothie! I am going to replace the choc syrup w/cocao next time. I also replaced the milk with "Stash" decaf chi spice tea. I didn't have plain yogurt so used non fat honey greek yogurt. Very tasty!

  2. Great smoothie. The frozen banana is key. I used fat-free milk, unsweetened cocoa powder and 1 Tbsp. of PB. Very refreshing.

  3. Mmmmm... the best smoothie I've made so far! I used plain yogurt instead of vanilla and it tasted great. My banana wasn't frozen so I added a few ice cubes. Will definitely make this again!!

  4. I used the natural peanut butter you buy out of the machine. It's peanuts in a big red machine that you smash out into a plastic container the amount you want. Then for the chocolate syrup I used Hersheys sugarfree in the black plastic bottle that you refrigerate after opening. Make sure you peel your bananas and put them in a freezer baggie. The frozen bananas are what makes it taste so good! This was just the smoothie recipe I was looking for! Thanks!!!

  5. What's not to love here about this fabulous combination of flavors. The only change-up I made was to use vanilla ice-cream in place of the vanilla yogurt. I was making this for DS and that's why. For myself, I would have went the more skinny route. Absolute keeper here Kelly. Made for Kelly as an expression of my sympathy for the loss of her DH Eric.~

  2. I think this is a yummy and rich-tasting smoothie. I really enjoyed the combination of ingredients. I did use 2% milk in place of the skim milk because I don't do skim milk generally. Thanks for sharing!
