Directions

  1. Combine water, corn syrup, cocoa, and salt.
  2. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring often.
  3. Boil for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add butter and vanilla.
  6. Stir and cool.
