ingredients
- 1 2⁄3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1⁄3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine
- 3⁄4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
directions
- Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; set aside.
- Cream butter in large mixer bowl at medium speed of electric mixer until light.
- Gradually beat in sugars, egg and vanilla until smooth.
- Blend in dry ingredients on low speed. Mix well.
- Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Drop dough by spoonfuls, 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes, or until set.
- Cool on baking sheets 10 minutes, then remove from sheets and cool completely.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
