  • 2 cups chokecherry juice
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 12 cup Karo syrup

directions

  • Place ingredients into a heavy kettle, bring to a boil.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and pour into sterilized jars.
  • I also process for 15 minutes.
