ingredients

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (2 1/4 ounce) jar dried beef
1 cup green onion, chopped
cracker, of your choice

directions

Mix all ingredients well, roll into log or ball and refrigerate 1 hour. The longer you let it sit the better the flavors combine, but it is still good after a hour.
