  1. This is the best punch to have at any party. It tastes so good, that another two batches had to be made. In fact, it's so easy to make, anyone can make it at any time.

  2. The first time I tried this recipe was when I was dating my husband and that was 27 years ago and it remains a family favorite. The scoops of ice cream floating on top adds such a great look to the punch but also a creamy texture. The only thing I do differently is that I use Hawaiin Punch instead of the HC. Give this a try!

  3. I made this for my nieces birthday party and the bowl was empty in no time! Plan on making plenty so you won't run it. It's that good! I used Hawaiian Punch and gingerale this time but it's great with the HC and Sprite too! I have also used different kinds of Sherbet with great results!

  4. We've used this recipe for years for kids birthday parties, etc. We use Hawaiian Punch instead of HC. We,also, substitute sherbert instead of ice cream, great for lactose intolerant guests or those with milk allergies.

  5. This is an excellent punch! I prepared it this past Christmas Eve for our family party. It was a smashing success. My son-in-law just could not get enough of it. Neither could my husband.

Tweaks

  1. I have had this punch at almost all the showers and other special occasions I have been to. We usually use rainbow sherbert ice cream in place of the vanilla and also throw in some frozen strawberries.....
