directions

  • preheat oven to 350*.
  • using a food processor, mix cheeses, flour, butter, salt and cayenne pepper till blended.
  • add water and mix rapidly till dough leaves the sides of bowl.
  • divide dough into thirds and roll on lightly floured surface to 1/8" thickness.
  • cut out with Christmas tree cookie cutter, or similar holiday cutter --
  • place on ungreased cookie sheet, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with desired amounts of parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.
  • bake for 8-9 minutes and then remove to racks.

I love cooking, and reading Christian fiction..I have 5 grandchildren..4 boys and 1 spoiled granddaughter...I also have a black cocker spaniel named Tobey..who is very spoiled..Love computer games, cross stitch and reading cookbooks..I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia almost a year ago, on September 26, 2005....was in an out of the hospital for 8 months, doing intensive chemo...I am doing well now, thanks for all the prayers...
