Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 lbs ground beef
  • 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, undrained
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 6 hot dogs, halved and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 14 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until browned; drain.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour or until thick and bubbly.
