Directions

  1. Coat chops with flour.
  2. Cook in hot oil over medium-high heat til browned.
  3. Remove chops and add broth, onion and garlic to skillet.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
  5. Add wine to skillet with tomato paste.
  6. Return chops to skillet.
  7. Sprinkle with pepper, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
  8. Drizzle with lime juice and serve.
