Cinnamon Nuts

"I make this out-of-this-world tasting homemade nut mixture every Christmas season... no matter how much I make, they never last long, I'll be lucky if they even make it to the table.... so my advice to you, is make lots and lots, then hide some for your guests."

  3. These were easy to make and soooo tasty. A great gift idea. Included these tasty morsels in my food swap package to Chef sqrl. (Where would a sqrl be w/o nuts??) I also made some hot pepper mixed nuts. (A handful of sweet cinnamon then a handful of hot/spicey. The two complimented each other nicely.) Thanks for posting. A holiday keeper for sure! =)

  5. I, too, wasn't impressed with the outcome. Very, very light (if any) cinnamon flavor. Sorry, Kittencal.

Tweaks

  1. Very good. I used 4 cups of nuts instead of 3 and added 1 more TBP of butter but otherwise left the rest of the amounts the same.
