  1. Great salad, even for those not looking for a menopause remedy! Didn't tell my family that the salad was good for menopause -- they just thought it was great! I made only one change to this recipe as I wasn't able to find flax seed oil I used olive oil instead without any problems. Thanks Rita for an outstanding salad recipe which we will be having often.

  2. This salad has one of the best dressing I have ever tried! Sweeter than I an accustomed to. I didn't have any flaxseed oil so I used canola oil. Excellent!

  3. I wanted to re-review this as this time we loved it! I only changed the oil, again to olive oil. I poured it over a spring mix greens with sliced pears, asiago cheese pared with a potato peeler and toasted pecans chopped. Oh that was delicious, and the dressing has such a kick to it with the cumin. This is a keeper. Thanks, Carole in Orlando

  4. A nice salad! Love the mandarin oranges in here. I made the dressing as written, but decreased the honey to 1 T which was plenty sweet enough for us. I also subbed green onions for the red onions and added some blueberries (great addition). I really enjoyed it (hubby licked his plate clean) but next time I will leave out the cumin. Thanks for posting! Made for Photo Tag.

  5. I only made the salad dressing and I had all the ingredients. I found the honey much too sweet and it overpowered the entire dressing. I would cut it down to about 1 tsp. Iused fresh pressed orange juice directly from the fruit rather than the processed stuff.
