Club Wraps

"Another great recipe from Southern Living. We have these for a quick, easy lunch when we are on the go. Omit any ingredient that is not to your liking. Add what you like. Very flexible."

  1. Great wrap! I used half Grey Poupon and half mayo mix, was lazy about the bacon so I used bacon bits, added some sprouts to everything else on the recipe and ate it with my 9 year old daughter. It was awesome and easy. Nice to change up the lunch menu finally. Thank you!

  2. I've seriously been eating this all week for lunch. It was so quick and was absolutely delicious. I made the full batch at the start of the week and then just kept it in the fridge ready to go!

  3. Great tasting wrap. Wrap tight, cover with plastic wrap for a few hours and then cut into 1 inch pinwheels for an appetizer or to bring to a potluck.

  4. I served these beauties to my kids for their Friday night meal while DH and I went out. They raved about these for days. Very good recipe that is very versitile. I will make these often for those meals that need to be eaten on the run. Thank you for posting.....Stephanie Update: I made these for out game night party and sliced them up in one inch rounds, they were perfect. My guests loved them.

  5. Terrific! I didn't have the bacon and they still turned out great! This substitution will make the food trolls go crazy!!! Of late, I have gotten so lazy, I use purchased Pico De Gallo on any wrap recipe that calls for onion and/or diced tomato. It doesn't give the wrap an overwhelming Southwest flavor, just makes it tasty! DI, thanks -- we appreciate you!

Tweaks

  1. Used a spinach tortilla to make the wraps and it was delicous!

  2. no ham needed

  3. Very good and easy..I made the mistake of using corn tortillas instead of flour, and I didn't thaw any bacon. Next time I will use flour tortillas and bacon! Thanks for posting......
