  • Divide shredded lettuce among plates.
  • Evenly divide and arrange chicken, eggs, tomatoes, blue cheese, bacon, avocado and green onions in a row on top lettuce. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with pepper.

  2. Great lunch salad with leftover chicken. I did omit the blue cheese and avocado (personal preference) but there was plenty of variety to please my palate. Thanks for posting gailanng! Made for Everyday Is A Holiday January 2011.

  4. I love Cobb Salad and this was no exception. I did use spring mix for the lettuce and chopped turkey in place of the chicken. I ran out of space in the bowl to lay the ingredients in strips so the cheese was sprinkled over all. The dressing was recipe #281726. Made for *Partying the Diabetic Way*
