- 1 (2 1/2 ounce) package corn beef, chopped
- 2 ounces swiss cheese, finely shredded
- 1 (8 ounce) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained well
- 1⁄2 cup thousand island dressing
- 24 slices French bread, 1/4 inch
directions
- Preheat oven 375 degrees F.
- Combine corn beef, cheese, sauerkraut and dressing mix well.
- Place bread slices on a cookie sheet top with mixture.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted.
