  1. Absolutely one of the BEST cocktails I've enjoyed in a very long time. This deserves more than 5 stars. While mixing these cocktails, I was reminded that I had used all my coconut during my recent Christmas baking, so I had to skip the coconut rim. But it didn't seem to matter because the cocktail was positively superb without any garnish or embellishments. Thank you for sharing your recipe, gailanng. This is definitely a "keeper" of a recipe for me. Made for the "New Kids On The Block" tag game.

  2. This is like a sweet pina colada blue treat! A little too sweet for me although I will probably make another within the next day or two simply because I'd like to enjoy another one while all the supplies are still out. Thanks, gailanng! Made for Best of 2011 Cookbook tag as recommended by Northwest Gal.

  3. Yum. I had fun with the 'snowy' rim too. Thanks for sharing this nice keeper.

I'm just me, mother, grandmother...friend to many and a Louisianian. My Cajun and French Quarter Italian descent afforded me exposure to some of the best of foods. My passions are my family, decorating, cooking and gardening. Those very passions push me into constant awareness with always looking for something new to delight the senses, thus my favorite idiom...Inspire me, puuuullllllleeeeeeease! ...and I mean it, too. God Bless America!
