DIRECTIONS

  • Wrap potatoes in foil.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until done.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Cut lengthwise.
  • Scoop out 3/4 into bowl.
  • Add all other ingredients except cheese.
  • Refill potatoes.
  • Sprinkle a little cheese on top.
  • Broil just until melted.
