  1. I just made these and they're so good and easy- never liked fussing with the longer version of macaroons. I used the whole can of condensed milk, added a little extra coconut and baked for 12 minutes. Thanks for one of my easiet Christmas cookies!

  2. Just made these this afternoon, with the kids. Needless to say they did'nt last long around the house. The kids just gobbled them down with a glass of milk in no time at all. They are very similar to the ones we make here in Portugal around Easter. Thanks for sharring this receipe!!!!!!!

  4. YUM! I'm going for a visit tomorrow and wanted to bring something sweet along but I didn't feel like leaving my house (shame, I know). I chose this recipe because I had everthing on hand and I'm delighted!!!!! I only had two cups coconut so I changed the recipe accordingly. I also only had a drop of vanilla so I used a little almond extract too. I used white choc chips in half and milk choco in the other. So far I've eaten two and had to get a glass of milk. I hope they make it until tomorrow :) Thanks Southern Chef!
