  1. preheat oven to 350.
  2. in a large bowl mix flour and sugar.
  3. cut in butter until blended and crumbly.
  4. mix expresso with hot water in a medium bowl.
  5. add in baking soda, corn syrup, vanilla, salt, cinnamon.
  6. pour crumb mixture into crust.
  7. pour in liquid mixture, bake 35 minutes until set in center.
  8. cool on wire rack.
  9. sprinkle with powdered sugar.
