ingredients

¹⁄₂ cup butter, at room temperature
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
2 cups flour
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
¹⁄₄ cup sugar
¹⁄₂ cup chopped walnuts and cinnamon, mixed together

directions

Cream butter and one cup sugar.
Beat eggs in one at a time.
Beat in sour cream and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients and beat to combine completely.
Put half of batter in a buttered bundt pan.
Sprinkle with half of combined topping ingredients (1/4 c sugar, walnuts (which are optional), and cinnamon (to taste)).
Add remaining batter.
Sprinkle with remaining topping.
Bake at 325F for 45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean or with just a few crumbs.
