Reviews

  1. Decent taco meat, but not a Taco Bell copycat. Reduce the salt by half, replace the tomato ingredients (or reduce it by a lot, Taco Bell doesn't use any tomato) with 2 tsp corn starch and a half cup of water. Simmer. That's it! Spices and corn starch with water is all you need.

  2. Yikes!!! Way too much salt! It's so salty. Ruined the meal for us. Would have been good otherwise because the flavor was good. But even right after I put in all the salt I felt like it was going to be way too much. :(

Tweaks

  1. I used tomato sauce instead of tomato paste and tomato puree. It was salty but not a bad flavor. Didn't taste like Taco bell to me at all though.
