  • Melt butter and add lime and cilantro, roll corn in the mixture.

  1. OH, YUM YUM YUM!!! I usually do my corn this way, but no lime juice. WOW! We loved it. Thanks!

  2. This recipe is a favourite in our house! We have made it many times and always double the butter so we have more to smother it with after! We cook it in the oven and it takes 20-30min. It goes wonderfully with my husband's famed Argentine Chicken! Thanks for a GREAT recipe!

  3. This was really good I will use this again.

  4. I cut the recipe in half. Just DH and myself. I really enjoyed this. DH who has no taste buds said it taste just like corn on the cob. (i'm thinking of replacing him.) I will be making this again but next time I plan to prepare it on the grill. Thanks, Squashylegs for posting.

  5. Love this method of cooking corn. My only wish is that the lime/cilantro flavor would come through a little stronger. Next time I will double the cilantro and lime.
