  1. In each of two greased 13-inch by 9- inch baking dishes arrange six tortillas.
  2. Top each with 1 cup chicken, 2/3 cup kidney beans, 1 cup salsa, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup green pepper, 1/3 cup olives, 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Repeat layers twice.
  4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  5. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
  6. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
