  • 1 (12 ounce) canned corned beef, mashed
  • 12 cup celery, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sweet relish
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • Combine all ingredients. Chill until serving time.

  1. I made this with leftover corned beef brisket from yesterday. It's a great sandwich spread. I love the kick from the horseradish. I added extra chopped onion. Thanx for posting; I'll make this again when I have leftover corned beef.
     
  2. Good recipes. I had a tin corned beef, got it from somebody. I add clove and nutmeg - it can be clove and mace. I smeared the butter and hot English mustard on a bread, put thin sliced German gherkin then, put corned beef spread.
