- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 medium banana
directions
- Put 1 cup cottage cheese (lowfat) in a bowl, top with banana slices.
- Shake about 1 tablespoon (or to taste) ground cinnamon then drizzle about 2 tablespoons worth of clover all purpose honey.
- Take a spoon and enjoy!

My boyfriend and I love to stay in and cook dinner together but we sometimes run out of ideas. We love to try new foods and give them healthy twist if not so "middle" friendly but we cheat every once in a while.
