- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
- 2 teaspoons shredded gingerroot or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1⁄2 cup apricot jam
- 1⁄4 cup yellow mustard
directions
- Cook onion and ginger in butter until soft; add remaining ingredients, stirring to blend.
- Heat to boil.
- Spoon over ham or chicken.
