  • Shape into 6 patties.
  • Cook in lightly greased skillet over medium heat about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on both sides and centers no longer pink.

  1. i used more cayenne, well actually red pepper flakes, we like our sausage a little hotter, but followed everything else. was very easy, quick and tasty.....thanx
     
  2. Too much Sage, Cumin and Thyme, Next time I will try half the amounts and twice as much hot pepper.
     
  3. was excellent and easy....better than store bought...the pepper is a must
