Directions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar.
  2. Add chopped celery, onion and chopped egg.
  3. Pour over potatoes and gently mix (fold in).
  4. Place in casserole dish.
  5. Arrange sliced cooked egg over salad.
  6. Sprinkle paprika lightly over the top.
  7. Refrigerate at least one hour before eating.
