- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1⁄2 cup white vinegar
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Combine all sauce ingredients; simmer about 15 minutes.
- Pour sauce over chicken; bake for 1 hour at 325.
- This is also good on chicken drumsticks.
