  1. I loved the simplicity of this (which is how I think couscous should be treated) no changes to an excellent recipe I'm keen to make again soon.

  2. I just LOVED this! I halved the recipe which worked fine and served it along side a pepper seared salmon. A perfect match! I will be making this again for sure and it will be a good side dish to many types of main dishes. The flavours are there but do not overpower, I especially love the wine vinegar, and the garlic and the tomoatoes - heck - I liked it all!

  3. I scaled this back for 3 and it was the perfect amount for the 3 of us. It is amazing the amount of flavour that the dressing gives the couscous and the tomatoes. Thoroughly enjoyed by us all, thank you nemokitty, made for Make My Recipes - Spring Edition.

  4. This is a very tasty little dish that could easily be used as a side or, as I did, a light lunch. I made a single serving and it was the perfect amount. I must say that I have never used vinegar in couscous before but it was a terrific inclusion. Simple, quick and very good. :D

  5. This is a good recipe. But I was not too sure with the dried basil. It would be better with fresh basil added at the end at the same time of the tomatoes. I didn't use salt and pepper. Thanks Nemokitty :) Made for Newest Zaar Tag
