In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, Miracle Whip, Parmesan cheese and garlic; stir until smooth. Cook until it starts the bubble.
Add artichoke hearts and red peppers. Stir well, cover, reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes. Add crab, stir and cook for another 5 minutes. Stir again, remove from heat and serve it with crostini or tortilla chips.
