DIRECTIONS

  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, Miracle Whip, Parmesan cheese and garlic; stir until smooth. Cook until it starts the bubble.
  • Add artichoke hearts and red peppers. Stir well, cover, reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes. Add crab, stir and cook for another 5 minutes. Stir again, remove from heat and serve it with crostini or tortilla chips.
