- 48 frozen cooked meatballs
- 1⁄2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon finely minced gingerroot
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Bake the meatballs according to package directions until well heated.
- Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, gingerroot, and pepper.
- Cook over medium heat about 5 minutes until bubbly.
- Add meatballs to sauce and stir.
- Serve with toothpicks.

<p>I moved to Alaska 22 year ago and Love it here. I drive school bus in the winter and cook for a fishing lodge during the summer. I have two kids, a boy that is 16 and a girl that is 12. I have a wonderful husband, that likes to eat my cooking. In the summer I also due alot of gardening so we can have fresh food. I love to come to recipezaar. I find alot of good recipe to try.</p>
