  2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Beat in vanilla.
  4. Add flour; mix well.
  5. Pour into a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan.
  6. Bake at 325* for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. For frosting, combine sugar and milk in a saucepan;.
  9. bring to a boil over medium heat.
  10. Cover and cook for 3 minutes (do not stir).
  11. Stir in butter and chocolate chips until melted.
  12. Cool slightly.
  13. Stir; spread over cake.
  14. Yield: 24-30 servings.
