  1. I don't care for spinach, but this was definitely tasty. It was very easy and didn't take long to make. I will definitely make it again.

  2. I really liked the taste and colour of this recipe. Very unique and good. I always like different veggie recipes and this filled the bill. Thank you Jean.

  3. I love this recipe and can't believe I have not yet posted a review! I follow the recipe as written, except that I add parmesan cheese when adding the spinach and onion. I then sprinkle a bit of parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs on top and bake in the oven until the "crust" is golden brown. This way definitely adds fat/calories, but tastes great! We like the leftovers (if there are any!) in eggs in the morning. Thanks for posting!

  4. I'm now a spinach eater! :)

  5. Delicious and easy! I halved the recipe and used half fresh spinach and half frozen spinach. I also added a few shakes of nutmeg at my husband's request. I will definatly make this again! T

Tweaks

  1. Very easy, very tasty. I actually needed creamed spinach for a chicken florentine recipe, and since I was out of cream of celery soup I used cream of chicken instead. GREAT flavour! I had a hard time waiting to put it in my dish, I wanted to sit down with the pan and a spoon and eat it all separately. :)
