  1. Boil pata in salted water for 4 minutes and drain.
  2. While pasta is cooking, heat butter in a large saute pan.
  3. Cook onions and garlic 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in flour and blend in evaporated milk.
  5. Bring to boil stirring constantly.
  6. Add peas, tomatoes and bacon.
  7. Stir in drained pasta, sprinkle with cheese and season with pepper.
  8. Toss and serve.
